One-on-One Private Sessions

55 Minute Session

A private session is the most effective way to achieve your fitness goals and maximize your results. We strive to ensure that each session addresses your individual goals and needs.  You will receive one-on-one attention that will be tailored precisely to your body and address any injuries or muscle imbalances you may have.  Private Sessions are strongly recommended for beginners, anyone with injury, and for those looking for an intensive, personalized experience.

Duo/Trio Sessions

55 Minute Session

Choose a friend, or a family member or two, and enjoy a bit more personalized attention from your instructor. You will still receive individualized attention from your Pilates instructor in a fun and motivating setting at an affordable rate.

Mat (All Levels)
55 Minute Session
Pilates Mat class utilizes your own body weight to challenge the muscles using the Pilates method. It's a great way to take Pilates exercises home or on the road with you. In these classes you'll learn how to find your alignment and progress through exercises that activate your core and challenge your entire body. Designed to strengthen your core (abs, hips and glutes) to develop a solid foundation on which to build, this class is taught with modifications to simplify or intensify the workout to be appropriate for all levels.
Beginner Reformer
55 Minute Session
These classes are designed for those new to Pilates, and for those wanting to brush up on their fundamental Pilates skills. You will learn proper set-up of the equipment, body alignment, and pelvic stability while building core strength, flexibility, and elongation of muscle groups. 
Intermediate Reformer
55 Minute Session
Intermediate classes are great for students who are more familiar with Pilates principles and who want to step up the intensity of their workout. These classes move at a faster pace than beginner classes and will build on fundamental techniques, strength and stability exercises to achieve maximum results.

Intermediate Reformer/Jumpboard

55 Minute Session
Finding it hard to fit in cardio, strengthening, and flexibility into your workout?  Then this class is for you.  It is an hour long interval class that combines all facets of fitness elevating the heart rate for weight loss while improving muscle tone and range of motion.
30 Minute Session
Invigorate your whole body with jumping on the Reformer. Core and upper body activities while you jump create a whole body aerobic workout, burning some serious calories.
