Covid-19 Response

Hello Pilates family,

 

First and foremost, thank you. Thank you for your constant support and understanding as we move through these uncertain times. I’m beyond grateful!

 

We’re days away from the Safer at Home Order being lifted and I look forward to reopening the studio on Tuesday May 26th. As I prepare to reopen, the health and safety of my clients and the community remains my top priority. I am committed to following the CDC guidelines to ensure that you and your loved ones stay healthy. 

 

I plan to reopen the studio in two phases which are outlined below. During both phases, sessions will be scheduled 15 minutes apart so equipment, props, and common surfaces can be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized and to minimize client crossover.

 

Additionally, I ask all clients to please note the following:

· Please remove shoes immediately upon entering the studio.

· Please immediately sanitize your hands when entering the studio. Hand sanitizer

and additional cleaning products will be available to all clients.

· Visitors will not be admitted into the studio.

· Masks are strongly encouraged. I will be wearing a mask for everyone’s protection.

· Grip socks are strongly encouraged.

· The use of porous props, such as yoga blocks, will be limited.

 

If you or someone in your home is not feeling well, please cancel your

session as soon as possible or request a virtual session. During the first

month all cancellation fees will be waived. Virtual private sessions will also continue

to be available to all clients.

 

Phase 1 | May 26th - June 6th

Privates, Duos, & Trios Only (to only include partners or loved ones that you may be in quarantine with)

Please contact me to schedule all sessions. For clients with standing appointments that wish to continue them or need a change in time, please contact me as soon as possible.

 

Phase 2 | June 8th

Classes will be added to the schedule and clients may sign up online. Equipment will be appropriately spaced to allow for social distancing.

 

My goal is to make the studio a safe and comfortable space for all while providing the best movement experience possible. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you have about the steps I am taking to keep everyone safe. I look forward to seeing you all again soon.
